How a group order works

One person collects the order: the office, the family or the friends. Add each person by name, then pick for each one from the menu: the size, extras and up to three sauces.

Something to share goes under "To share", split among everyone or only the people who share it.

The bar at the bottom always shows the people, the items and the running total; open it to see each person's share and send the order.

Sending the order to Papiao

The message starts with a summary for the kitchen, with identical choices counted together, then who ordered what and each share, and the estimated total.

Share it (for example by WhatsApp) or call Papiao. The app asks afterwards whether it went out and keeps it in Orders only if you say yes, so you can order the same again.

The total adds up the menu prices in the app; Papiao confirms the final amount and, for delivery, the delivery cost.

One order, one message, everyone’s share

Collect the group’s choices, see what each person pays and send Papiao the order in Spanish, kitchen summary first.
